Sample email template to send to Recruiters / Field Agents

Please see below a sample email template that you should send to your recruiter ASAP regarding the smartphone and Operating System (OS) that respondents will need in order to be able to use Indeemo. The info below should be incorporated in their screeners.

As discussed, we will be using an app on the upcoming project to get participants to respond to tasks via mobile.

The following info needs to be included in your screener:

• In order for the respondents to be able to install the app, they must have iOS 15 and above, or Android 9 and above (including Android 13).

• If the project involves Screen Recording, then respondents must have at least an iPhone 6 or above running iOS 15 and above or an Android Smartphone running Android 9 and above (including Android 13)

If they do not have the above devices, they will not be able to install the app.

If respondents are not sure what OS version they have, ask them to check out this link: http://resources.indeemo.com/check-os

Finally, when you recruit them, just tell them that they will be using an “App”.

Please do not mention Indeemo by name in before the project goes live. If they try to download the app before the project is set up, they will not be able to register and as a result will likely complain via email.

Not mentioning Indeemo until everything is set up will ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.

We will send the Respondents specific instructions via email on how to download Indeemo when the project has been set up and we are ready to start fieldwork.
