This is a quick mail to welcome you and to ask if we can assist with anything?

If you need more info on the platform, it would be great to set up a call / screenshare and show you all the functionality.

The app you signed up to is only half of the service offering. The researcher dashboard is private and invite only is if you’d like to get access please send me a mail and we will set something up.
