App Based (In-the-moment) Projects: e.g. Diary Studies, Journey Mapping, Pre-tasking etc. Respondents use the Indeemo app to post videos, images, screen recordings or text uploads. If you are doing multi method research, you can also import pre-recorded Zoom / Teams or in-person Interviews for transcription and Generative AI analysis
Video Import Projects: you use Indeemo solely to import pre-recorded Interviews, Focus Groups or Usability Tests, transcribe them in over 27 languages and analyse them using Generative AI.

Duration of App Video Uploads

Select a max video duration for Mobile App uploads. If Respondents record videos longer than the specified duration, they can trim the original video and upload it in sections. Respondents can also record and upload as many videos as they wish.

Enable Ratings / Journey Mapping?

Enabling Ratings allows Respondents to rate experiences / feelings on a 5 point scale. (Scroll down for more details). Uploads with Ratings will be automatically converted into interactive Journey Maps and Experience Graphs.

Enable Generative AI?

Generative AI (GPT 4.0 32k) enables you to analyse your data using prompts. (Scroll down for more details). GPT 4.0 allows you to compose prompts of up to 32k tokens (approx 8,000-10,000 words / 2 hours of video transcripts).

This usually only applies to sensitive topics such as Healthcare, Finance etc. (Scroll down for more details). This minimises PII / PHI by allowing Respondents to register with an anonymous email and a pseudonym.

This usually applies to sensitive topics such as Healthcare, Finance or B2B etc. (Scroll down for more details). This minimises PII / PHI by blurring the Respondent's face in any selfie video / photo captured using the Indeemo App's camera.
