What's New at Indeemo: Smarter Stories, Sharper Insights, and a Faster Research Experience
Product updates, July 2025
We’ve rolled out a set of powerful updates to help you get even more out of your research on Indeemo - whether you’re crafting compelling Highlight Reels, scaling insights globally, or running projects at speed. Here’s what’s new:
🎥 Tell Richer Stories with Highlight Reels
We’ve made Highlight Reels even more versatile. You can now include Respondent photo uploads alongside video content, making it easier to showcase moments that matter, especially in visual-led studies.
Plus, you can now add custom branded transitions between sections of your Reels. It’s a simple way to elevate the visual polish of your outputs and make your research narratives more engaging, coherent, and on-brand.
🤖 Faster, Smarter AI with GPT-4.0
We’ve upgraded Indeemo’s AI engine to GPT-4.0, which means you now benefit from sharper, more context-aware analysis.
With a 128,000-token context window, the AI can process longer transcripts, denser inputs, and richer prompts all in one go, helping you uncover deeper insights, faster.
📱 A Rebuilt Mobile App Experience
Our participant mobile apps have been completely rebuilt from the ground up. While there’s no change in how tasks are completed today, this new infrastructure allows us to roll out features more quickly and reliably moving forward.
First up: live 1:1 interviews via mobile, coming in early Q4. Stay tuned.
🌍 Research in 33+ Languages
We’ve added five new languages to the platform, making it easier to run multi-market studies without the usual workarounds.
From collection to analysis, our AI tools also support cross-language translation and insight extraction—so you can analyse responses in one language and output in another, seamlessly.
Final Thoughts
From smarter storytelling and faster AI to a modernised app experience and wider global reach, these updates are all about helping you run better research—quickly, intuitively, and at scale.
