In this case study, we explore the value of In-Home Usage Testing (iHUT) and the significance of incorporating video-based research to gain deep insights into consumer behaviour, product experiences, and patient experiences. A research agency was tasked with understanding the usage of a new medical device for patients with diabetes. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the patient experience, they decided to conduct an iHUT project using Indeemo, an AI powered video research and iHUT tool. Research Objective
