So for retailers who do make the digital transformation and have successfully evolved online, we think this is only the start of the journey. Because in reality what you're looking at now to understand your customer is something like Google analytics or logs, or some sort of, you know, journey that tells you how people are behaving on your sites or your apps. So this is very difficult for brands to understand customer behaviour.
