Catalyst is not an alternative to the platform. It is the platform with our research team on top of it, and you choose how much of that you take.

Asynchronous research, briefly
Can we buy just one part?
Yes. Some parts work better together than alone, and we will tell you which when we scope it.
Do we need to be an Indeemo customer already?
No. The research runs on Indeemo, so if you are not using the platform yet, the licence is part of the project.
What do you need from us?
A brief, even a rough one. Someone who can make decisions about the study. And time to read the task strategy and mark it up before anything fields.
Who actually does the work?
Our own research team. You will know who is on your study and you will talk to them directly.
What if our project moves?
It happens often enough that we plan for it. Tell us roughly when a study is likely to be real and we will pick it up then.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which parts you need, how many participants, how long the study runs and how many markets. You will get a number in the first conversation. If you have a budget in mind, tell us and we will tell you what fits inside it.
Who sees our data?
The research team working on your study, and nobody else. We will agree an NDA, and participants consent to how their video is used before they record anything. However you work with us, the footage and the data sit in your own Indeemo account, secure and available to you after the project ends.
How long does it take to get going?
That depends on the design and on how quickly recruitment can be filled for your audience. We will give you a realistic timeline when we scope it, including the parts that are outside our control.
